D is leaving. We will miss you until Christmas. Thanks for the surprise visit. I hate the leaving part. Careful on that dirt bike back home Mister.

Family Shots

Anytime D is home, we always try to get an updated picture. This was very last minute, so location, clothes, weather was all unplanned. Since we probably won't see him again until Christmas, this updated picture is most likely what will be in the Christmas cards. But there was not enough time to think up a cute card idea in September. So Merry Christmas everyone, you'll see this in your card in December.

Does anyone have trouble getting there family to focus for 1 simple group photo. Ok maybe a couple since you can't take just 1.

Look for yourself. They are just OOZING with excitement.

Something about standup photo's, a little blah. Probably because we don't put any pizzazz into our standing, we just stand.

Me - "I have a great idea, how about we try a closer one standing."
Them - "Great." "Huh." "Look at my flower."

"Let's try one squatting." I hear no response whatsoever. So I must tell them all to "SQUAT so I can focus on you." A is much more excited about her flowers.

I think I like squatting better. I do like sitting too. I'm going to have to google some good family photo poses.

Black and white is not working for me here. I much prefer the bright colors of their clothes and the trees.

A looks very painful in this one. Even the flower has been squeezed over.

This here is my favorite. I love this one.

I wonder if they are thinking "I love by brother" and "I have the greatest sister." Or if it's more like "You have a booger" and "I just broke wind on your hand."

Feeding fish bread at the restaurant. We really don't know if we are supposed to do this. We've seen other people do it though. Monkey see monkey do.

Look. Hard water.
eat (17)

Soft feathery water. Do you know how long it's taken me to figure that out? Well, it's been a long time, let me tell you. So I'm humongously impressed.

Hanging Out

Just hanging out while D was home. D missed A. A missed D. It was a good visit. Just wished he didn't have so many other family and friends to see. We don't like to share.

Doing anything with A, WILL involved flowers. Guaranteed.

We are giving soccer a try. So far she really likes it but because her age group are the youngest ones out there, she doesn't care to get in the mangled group of kickers with the older kids. Kind of can't blame her there.

Wouldn't you just love to know what she's thinking about that big kid next to her. Look at that face of hers!!

Slapping hands with the opposing team is okay when they are in your class and your buddies.

Three Punks

The 3 punks (aka my daughter and nephews) had a chance to get together and play recently. We don't see each other often, so when we do we try to get some updated pictures. Even if the kids aren't dressed right, hair isn't brushed. It doesn't matter, it's all good. But I was surprised they were all into it. They chose most of there own poses and were running around yelling 'here next, I get to pick next."

For family and friends who used to enjoy seeing all of the pictures instead of just the few I choose to show on here, soon there will be a page that will have a link to all of them.

This one almost didn't happen and I love this one. On the first take, they ran away too quick but I could see in my quick view of it and I liked it so I insisted on a redo.  They are all smiling so they must not have minded.

Darn sun!!

The first punk is out of focus here, but I like it anyway.

Physicians Formula Super BB Cream - Review

I'm not getting paid to review this product blah blah blah. I just simply want to share my opinion with you of something I found that I've been very pleased with.

Ever heard of BB Cream?  Me neither until a few months ago. BB Cream stands for Beauty Balm. It's basically an all in one product. It eliminates all separate morning products (for me anyway). All BB Creams contain slightly different product, but generally it's a moisturizer, foundation and sunscreen all in one.

They can be found in most drugstores and retail stores and of course Amazon. All the basic brands seem to carry one. I bought the Physicians Formula Super BB All-in-1 Cream. It's offered in 2 shades.

Opinion:  I LOVE it! I seriously do. I've worn it during some hot weather also, and was very pleased. It contains moisturizer, foundation and SPF 30. It's lightweight, it smooths and softens your face nicely without looking like you have any makeup on. It's also paraben free. Bonus. It also controlled shine very nicely and I tend to be a shine gal. I haven't found anything to complain about yet. Overall, I'm quite pleased. Cost was around $13 I believe. Which isn't bad considering you don't have to buy 3-4 separate products for what this does.

BB Cream

Has anyone every tried other brands of BB Cream?

Surprise Visitor

Someone decided to not say a word to anyone and just show up last week! Unannounced and very unexpected. Needless to say, it's been a great surprise for everyone. He'll be here for 2 weeks, which I'm sure will go much too quickly.

You don't think she's excited to see her brother do you? She's squeezing so hard her toes are curling.

You ever see those sticky hands you throw and they grab stuff? She's kind of the same thing.
D-home 2

That's a happy girl right there. We are all glad you're home for a visit D.
